Historic Sandstone Review

Designed by Darling and Curry in 1886 to replace the original Bank of Montreal. The bank remained in operation until 1982. It was re-opened in 1993 as the Hockey Hall of Fame.

ArconTEST was retained by Brookfield Properties to review the bank's exterior masonry and provide recommendations for it's maintenance and repair. ArconTEST provided a condition report which included site-photography, in-house laboratory studies, research of third party academic reports and a class "B" estimate for repairs.
